Meatball and summer bean broth

1 tbsp essential Waitrose Vegetable Oil
480g pack frozen essential Waitrose
16 British Beef Meat Balls
1 bunch essential Waitrose Salad Onions, sliced
1 litre beef stock
50g essential Waitrose Macaroni
400g can essential Waitrose Cannellini Beans, drained
150g frozen essential Waitrose Baby Broad Beans
1 x ½ x 25g pack fresh basil
1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the meatballs for 4 minutes. Drain the excess oil, add the salad onions and cook for 1 minute.
2. Add the stock, macaroni and cannellini beans, bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add the broad beans and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in the basil and season.
