    Meatball Tapas

    • Preparation time: 5 minutes

    • 1 tsp vegitable oil
    • 430g pack waitrose aberdeen angus 12 beef meatballs
    • 350g tub waitrose fresh arrabbiata sause
    • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


    1. Heat 1 tsp vegetable oil in a large, non-stick frying pan and cook a 430g pack Waitrose Aberdeen Angus 12 Beef Meatballs for 5-8 minutes, turning until evenly browned. Add a 350g tub Waitrose Fresh Arrabbiata Sauce, cover and then simmer gently for 15-20 minutes until the meatballs are cooked thoroughly and there is no pink meat. Stir in 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, then tip into a serving dish. Pierce each meatball with a cocktail stick or skewer and serve warm.
