    Mixed Mushroom Tagliatelle

    Waitrose fresh sauces can be found in the chiller cabinet, next to the fresh pasta and the garlic bread. Simply toss the sauces with pasta or try one of these quick after-work recipes for a tasty meal.

    • 1 tub Waitrose Fresh Carbonara Sauce
    • Waitrose Mixed Green Salad
    • Olive oil
    • 175g sliced mixed mushrooms
    • Freshly cooked tagliatelle
    • Fresh chives


    1. Heat a little olive oil in a large frying pan and cook 175g sliced mixed mushrooms such as chestnut and shiitake with a sliced garlic clove.
    2. Stir in a tub of Waitrose Fresh Carbonara Sauce and gently heat through until piping hot. Add seasoning.
    3. Toss the mushroom mixture with some freshly cooked tagliatelle. Scatter over some snipped fresh chives and serve with Waitrose Mixed Green Salad.
