New Zealand Red Sea Bream 1

The delicately flavoured white flesh of red sea bream makes it ideal for baking or grilling. Use it whole or in steaks.

    Serves: 4

    • 1 whole red sea bream, weighing approximately 1kg, gutted and scaled
    • 8tbsp Waitrose Teriyaki Sauce

    1. Make several slashes in each side of the fish and spoon the sauce over the top. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.
    2. Bake, uncovered, in a preheated oven 190ºC, gas mark 5 for 35-40 minutes until the flesh is opaque and comes away from the bone easily.
    3. Serve with rice timbales and a vegetable stir-fry.
