Nuoc Mam Cham - Pungent
Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, crushed

2 yellow or red chillies, sliced (with or without seeds)

2 tablespoons caster sugar

2 tablespoons lime juice

3 tablespoons fish sauce (nuoc mam)

3 tablespoons rice vinegar
Method

Mix all the ingredients and leave to stand for about 30 minutes.
