Onion bhaji burgers with mango chutney and courgette raita

4 Waitrose onion bhaji burgers
2 packs Sharwoods peshwari mini naans
1 courgette, grated
½ garlic clove, crushed
100g Greek yogurt
28g pack coriander, a few leaves reserved, the rest finely chopped
good drizzle extra virgin olive oil
4-6 tsp mango chutney
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C, gas mark 5. Bake the onion bhaji burgers on a foil-lined tray for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the mini peshwari naans with a little water and add to the tray for the final 4 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, put the grated courgette in a clean tea towel and squeeze out as much liquid as you can. Tip into a bowl and mix with the garlic, yogurt, coriander and oil; season. When the burgers are ready, sandwich between 2 naans with the raita and chutney, plus a few extra coriander leaves, if liked.
