    Orange Brandy Butter

    • Preparation time: 12 minutes
    • Total time: 12 minutes 15 minutes

    Serves: 8


    • 150g softened butter
    • 6 tbsp icing sugar
    • 1 orange, zest finely grated
    • 1 lemon, zest finely grated
    • 1 tbsp Grand Marnier
    • 2 tbsp good brandy
    • 2 tsp lemon juice


    1. Beat together the butter, sugar, orange and lemon zest. Add the alcohol, a spoonful at a time, with the lemon juice. If beating by hand, you may need to use a whisk at the end to incorporate the liquid into the butter. Serve at room temperature.
