    Parma Ham Sea Bass with Harissa Mayo

    • Preparation time: 10 minutes
    • Cooking time: 6 minutes to 8 minutes
    • Total time: 16 minutes to 18 minutes 20 minutes

    Serves: 2


    • 500g Sea Bass
    • ½ lemon
    • 1 slice parma ham
    • 1 tsp Harissa Paste
    • 3 tsp mayonnaise
    • 1 tbsp olive oil


    1. Ask the fish service counter to fillet and skin a 500g sea bass.
    2. Halve each fillet, season and sprinkle with the juice of ½ a lemon. Wrap each fillet in a slice of Parma ham.
    3. Mix 1 tsp of Bart Spices Harissa Paste (also featured on page 8) with 3 tbsp of your favourite mayonnaise. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pan, add the fish fillets and fry for 6-8 minutes, turning once.
    4. Serve with the harissa mayo.
