Passion fruit and papaya salsa

2 papayas, peeled, deseeded and diced
1 red chilli, finely chopped
½-1 lime, juice
2 passion fruit, halved
2 tbsp finely shredded mint leaves
1. Gently combine all the ingredients in a serving bowl and season. Serve as an accompaniment to grilled poultry, pork, fish or cheese.
