    Cook's tips

You can use cauliflower florets instead of the purple sprouting broccoli. Spoon leftover puttanesca mix over roasted butternut squash or baked potatoes

    Drinks recommendation

Choose an elegant, versatile Pinot Grigio,
with plenty of flavour and aromatic overtones
to counter the pine nuts and other flavours:
    St. Michael-Eppan Pinot Grigio 2007/08
    Alto Adige, Italy.
