    Pasta with Walnuts and Roquefort

    • Preparation time: 5 minutes
    • Cooking time: 15 minutes

    Serves: 2


    • 175g essential Waitrose Amori Pasta
    • 2 tbsp white wine
    • 2 tbsp essential Waitrose Single Cream
    • 50g Waitrose Wholesome Walnut Halves, chopped
    • 60g Roquefort, cut into cubes
    • Generous handful of Waitrose Wild Rocket or Waitrose Mild Baby Spinach


    1. Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions. Meanwhile, place the wine and cream in a small pan and heat until simmering. Remove from the heat, stir in the walnuts and Roquefort, then season to taste
    2. Add the drained pasta to the sauce with the rocket or spinach and toss gently to coat, then serve.
