Plum and cinnamon tray bake

  • Total time: 25 minutes cooking plus 10 minutes preparation

Serves: 6


  • Jus-rol ready rolled puff pastry
    6 plums (Flavour King recommended)
    1 tbsp Cook' Ingredients Cinnamon Sugar


  1. Pre-heat over to 200, gas mark 6. Unroll pastry on to baking sheet and score a border 1 cm in from the edge. Halve and stone the 6 plums and lay cut side up on pastry.
  2. Sprinkle with the sugar and bake for 25 minutes
