    Pork Back Ribs

    Serves: 1 rack per person


    • 1 rack of ribs, per person
    • Baked potatoes
    • Waitrose Crème Fraîche
    • Wholegrain mustard
    • A pinch of paprika
    • Few chives


    1. Cook on a preheated barbecue or under a preheated grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is thoroughly cooked and the ribs are beginning to char.
    2. Alternatively cook in a preheated oven 200ºC, gas mark 6 for 30 minutes.
    3. Serve with crisp baked potato skins filled with a mixture of Waitrose Crème Fraîche, Waitrose Wholegrain Mustard, a pinch of paprika and a few snipped chives.
