    Prawn noodle stir-fry

    • Total time: Ready in 10 Minutes 10 minutes

    Serves: 4


    1 tbsp essential Waitrose Vegetable Oil
    300g bag essential Waitrose Vegetable Stir Fry
    250g bag essential Waitrose Spinach
    250g pack Waitrose Medium Egg Noodles
    200g bag frozen essential Waitrose Cooked King Prawns, defrosted
    3 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp clear honey


    1. Heat the oil and fry the vegetable stir fry mix for 3 minutes. Add the spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes until just wilted.

    2. Meanwhile, cook the noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain.

    3. Stir the prawns into the vegetables with the soy sauce and honey. Heat through for 1-2 minutes. Toss in the noodles and serve.
