Quick fish pie

1 tbsp olive oil
400g pack Waitrose Frozen Fish Pie Mix, defrosted
175g frozen peas, defrosted
195g can sweetcorn, drained
175g jar Napolina Marinara Stir-Through Pasta Sauce
700g bag frozen essential Waitrose Mashed Potato
4 tbsp semi-skimmed milk
25g Cheddar cheese, grated
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C, gas mark 7.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the fish pie mix for 4 minutes. Add the peas, sweetcorn, marinara sauce and 50ml water, and cook for 2 minutes. Transfer to an ovenproof serving dish.
3. Defrost the mash in a large bowl covered with clingfilm for 6-7 minutes. Stir in the milk and spoon on top of the fish mixture. Sprinkle over the cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
