Salmon with Lemon and Garlic Yogurt Dressing

1 small pot Waitrose Natural Wholemilk Bio Yogurt

½ lemon

1 garlic clove

1 Waitrose Hot Smoked Salmon Fillet

1 Waitrose Mixed Salad Bowl
Method

For a simple dressing, mix together 1 small pot Waitrose Natural Wholemilk Bio Yogurt and the juice and grated zest of ½ lemon.

Add 1 crushed clove garlic and season. Place a Waitrose Scottish Hot Smoked Salmon Fillet on a bed of mixed leaves, such as Waitrose Mixed Salad Bowl, and drizzle with the dressing.
