    Sausage and potato bake

    • Cooking time: 45 minutes

    Serves: 4


    • 4 Medium desirée potatoes
    • 2 tbsp Olive oil
    • 1 Red onion, sliced
    • 8 Sausages
    • 150g Cherry tomatoes
    • 15g Basil leaves


    1. Preheat the oven to 190˚C/gas 5. Cut each potato into 8 wedges; toss them in the oil; season
    2. Tip into a gratin dish and bake for 15 minutes. Scatter the onion over, tuck in the sausages and tomatoes and mix through.
    3. Bake for 30 minutes,until the potatoes are tender and sausages brown. Stir through the basil and serve.
