    Sesame Tuna with Cucumber and Ginger

    Serves: 4


    • 4 yellowfin tuna steaks (from the service counter)
    • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
    • 105g pack Clearspring Sushi Ginger, drained
    • 15g pack fresh coriander, leaves removed, stalks chopped
    • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
    • 2 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
    • 4 tbsp Cooks’ Ingredients Toasted Seeds


    1. Brush the tuna with oil. Season. Arrange cucumber and ginger on plates, sprinkled with the coriander. Mix vinegar and soy sauce.
    2. Chargriddle the tuna for 1-2 minutes on each side. Place on the cucumber. Drizzle with the soy dressing and scatter with toasted seeds.
