Sloe gin and tonic
Serves: 1
Ingredients
50ml Sipsmith Sloe Gin
150ml tonic water
1 lemon, juice and slice
Method
1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. Pour in the sloe gin with the tonic water and a squeeze of lemon. Mix well, then garnish with a slice of lemon.
