    Smoothie berry bircher

    Makes: 4 pots


    480g frozen Waitrose
    Radiant Ruby Smoothie Mix
    100ml apple juice
    500g Alpro Plain With Coconut
    200g Eat Natural Toasted Buckwheat Muesli, plus a little more for topping
    50g fresh berries (according to your choice)
    25g Waitrose Milled Golden Flaxseed With Cranberry, Blueberry & Lingonberry


    1 In a food processor, blitz the frozen smoothie mix with the apple juice until smooth.

    2 Take four bowls or small jars and spoon layers of yogurt, muesli and the blended smoothie into each.

    3 Top with a sprinkle of muesli, the mixed berries and flaxseed. Serve immediately or chill overnight until required.
