    Spanish chicken bake

    Serves: 2 - 3


    380g pack 2 essential Waitrose British Chicken Breast Fillets, diced
    1 onion, sliced
    1 red pepper, sliced
    ½ x 175g jar Cooks’ Ingredients Paella Paste
    ½ x 200g pack thick cut cavolo nero


    1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Toss the chicken, onion, pepper and paste in an ovenproof dish then season. Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through with no pink meat.

    2. Meanwhile, boil the cavolo nero for 3 minutes, drain and toss with the chicken before serving.
