    Spiced Ribs with Lime

    • Cooking time: 45 minutes
    • Total time: 50 minutes 50 minutes

    Serves: 6


    • 3 tbsp plain flour
    • 1 tbsp shwartz cajun seasoning
    • 1 tbsp sunflour oil
    • 2 x 500g packs british pork spare ribs
    • 1 lime


    1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Mix together 3 tbsp plain flour, seasoned, and 1 tbsp Schwartz Cajun Seasoning. Rub 1 tbsp sunflower oil into 2 packs British Pork Spare Ribs (each about 500g) then dust them in the seasoned flour. Transfer to a large, preferably non-stick baking sheet and roast in the oven for 45 minutes, turning halfway through. Serve hot with lime wedges to squeeze over (provide plenty of paper napkins for messy fingers!)
