    Spicy beef burritos

    500g essential Waitrose British Minced Beef
    1 essential Waitrose Onion, chopped
    1 essential Waitrose Red Pepper, diced
    2 tsp mild chilli powder
    400ml essential Waitrose Passata
    400g can essential Waitrose Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
    512g pack essential Waitrose Large Tortilla Wraps
    2 tbsp oil
    170ml tub essential Waitrose Soured Cream


    1. Fry the mince, onion, pepper and chilli powder in a large saucepan for 5 minutes to brown. Add the passata and kidney beans, and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    2. Divide the chilli beef mix between the 8 wraps, placing it in the centre. Bring the sides of the wraps over the filling, then roll up from the bottom to enclose the filling.

    3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and gently fry the burritos in 2 batches for 1 minute each side until golden. Serve with the soured cream.
