Spicy beef taco soup

250g pack essential Waitrose British Beef Mince
1 red pepper, diced
30g pack Mexican taco seasoning mix
195g can sweetcorn, drained
600g tub tomato & fresh basil soup
400ml beef stock
Tortilla chips to serve
1. Fry the minced beef and pepper in a large pan until the meat is browned all over. Add the taco seasoning mix, and fry for 1-2 minutes.
2. Stir in the sweetcorn, soup and stock. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with the tortilla chips.
