Spicy Squash Pizza with Goat's Cheese and Rosemary

Sweet roasted squash and tangy goat's cheese on ready-made garlic pizza bread are a wonderful contrast of flavours in this easy vegetarian supper.
1 small essential Waitrose butternut squash
2 tbsp essential Waitrose olive oil
½ tsp Tabasco Sauce, or to taste
1½ tsp fresh rosemary
250g pack Waitrose Sunblush Tomato & Garlic Pizza Bread
100g essential Waitrose French Soft Goat's Cheese
When cooking the pizza, place a baking tray on the rack below to catch any bits. Make the squash mixture in advance, cover and set aside in the fridge until ready to make the pizza.
