    Cook's tips

Stir the onion marmalade into stews to add rich flavour

    Drinks recommendation

Try a supple and versatile red here, with fresh blackberry and fruit armoas and a round, smooth style, such as the François Martenot Pinot Noir 2009 Burgandy, France.
