Teriyaki tofu & noodles

160g pack Cauldron Marinated Tofu Pieces
2 tbsp Cooks’ Ingredients Teriyaki Sauce
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
3 tbsp Cooks’ Ingredients Thai Mix
200g pack Waitrose Rainbow Stir Fry
275g pack wholewheat noodles
1. Toss the tofu with half the teriyaki sauce, then sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok over a high heat. Add the tofu and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden.
2. Add the Thai mix for 30 seconds, then toss in the rainbow stir fry and cook for 4 minutes. Add the noodles and remaining teriyaki, and cook for a further 1-2 minutes until piping hot.
