    The Original Bloody Mary

    Serves: 1


    • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
    • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh coriander
    • 2 medium plum tomatoes
    • 25ml fresh lemon juice
    • 50ml Absolut Citron
    • 10ml fino sherry
    • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
    • 2 dashes of jalapeño Tabasco
    • Large dash Worcestershire sauce
    • Pinch of sea salt
    • Large pinch of celery salt
    • Good grinding of black pepper
    • 2 sticks celery, to garnish


    1. Blend the tomatoes and lemon juice in a blender. Add the other ingredients and shake in a cocktail shaker.
    2. Serve cold and garnish with celery sticks.
