    Tortelloni Bake with Gorgonzola

This is a special but very quick supper dish for two, and can be prepared and cooked in half an hour. It is made using fresh pasta and rich, creamy Gorgonzola sauce (look out for them in the chiller cabinets). Team the dish with a simple salad.

    • Preparation time: 5 minutes
    • Cooking time: 25 minutes
    • Total time: 30 minutes 30 minutes

    Serves: 2

    • 350g tub Waitrose Fresh Gorgonzola Sauce
    • 3 tbsp milk
    • 250g pack Waitrose Ricotta and Spinach Tortelloni
    • 3 tbsp freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano
    • ½ pack fresh parsley, chopped
    • 2 tbsp pine kernels

    1. Preheat the oven to 190°C, gas mark 5. Mix the Gorgonzola sauce with the milk and spoon a little over the base of a buttered shallow ovenproof dish.
    2. Scatter the tortelloni evenly over the dish, then spoon over the remaining sauce, spreading it to completely cover the pasta.
    3. Mix together the Parmigiano Reggiano, parsley and pine kernels, then sprinkle over the top of the pasta. Bake for 25 minutes until the sauce is bubbling and the topping is golden.
