    Vegetable calzone

    • Total time: Ready in 25 - 30 minutes 30 minutes

    250g frozen essential Waitrose Grilled Vegetable Mix
    390g can essential Waitrose Ratatouille Provencale
    2 x 300g frozen essential Waitrose Cheese & Tomato Pizzas, defrosted
    50g essential Waitrose Medium Cheddar Cheese, grated


    1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Fry the grilled vegetables from frozen for 2 - 3 minutes, stir in the ratatouille provencale and heat through.

    2. Spoon the vegetables over half of each pizza and fold the uncovered half over the top. Place on a large baking tray and sprinkle over the Cheddar cheese.

    3. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes until golden.
