    Vegetables with Oyster Sauce

    This vibrant medley of broccoli, dwarf corn and mangetout cooks in minutes and retains a firm bite. Drain the vegetables thoroughly before tossing them in the oyster sauce.

    • Total time: 10 minutes 10 minutes

    Serves: 6


    • 250g broccoli, cut into florets
    • 250g pack Waitrose Dwarf Corn, cut in half
    • 150g pack Waitrose Trimmed Mangetout
    • 3 tbsp Wing Yip Super Grade Oyster Sauce


    1. Add the broccoli to a pan of boiling water, cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes, then add the dwarf corn and mangetout. Cover again and cook for a further 1-2 minutes. The vegetables should be just tender to the bite but still very crisp. Drain thoroughly, place in a bowl and toss in the oyster sauce. Serve immediately.
