    12 slices essential Waitrose Thick Sliced White Bread
    1 essential Waitrose Courgette, grated
    1 essential Waitrose Carrot grated
    200g tub essential Waitrose Houmous
    3 essential Waitrose Tomatoes, sliced
    100g essential Waitrose Lighter Mature Grated Cheddar


    1. Toast the bread on both sides. Mix the courgette, carrot and houmous, then spread over 4 toast slices.

    2. Top each with another slice of toast. Top this with the tomatoes and the Cheddar. Top with the remaining 4 slices of toast and serve with the essential Waitrose Ready Salted Crisps (optional).
