    Warm Honeyed Citrus Fruits

    Serves: 4


    • 3tbsp caster sugar
    • 4tbsp Waitrose Orange Blossom Honey
    • Grated zest of 1 lemon and juice of 2 lemons
    • Grated zest and juice of 2 limes
    • 3 cardamom pods, lightly crushed
    • 4 Spanish navel oranges, peeled and segmented
    • 2 Florida grapefruit, peeled and segmented


    1. Dissolve the sugar with the honey, fruit zest, fruit juices and cardamom over a low heat. Simmer for 5 minutes.
    2. Remove the cardamom pods. Add the orange and grapefruit segments and gently warm through in the syrup.
    3. Decorate with a sprig of rosemary and serve with Greek yogurt and Cantuccini biscuits.
