Cumberland sauce
This is a blend of redcurrant jelly and port seasoned with salt and pepper and flavoured with orange.
Uses: Cumberland sauce is traditionally served cold with cold meats.
To store: Keep in a cool, dark place and once opened store in the fridge and use within 1 month.
