Ingredients

  • 25ml tequila
  • 10ml The King’s Ginger liqueur
  • 15ml light agave syrup
  • 10ml lime juice
  • 60ml sparkling wine
  • Grapefruit zest

Method

  1. Shake together thel tequila, ginger liqueur, agave syrup, lime juice and a little grapefruit zest. Pour into a Champagne flute, top with sparkling wine and serve.
