Try this delicious twist on a classic cocktail - it's great at any time of the year.
50ml Waitrose Pressed English Apple Juice
20ml Waitrose Elderflower Cordial
125-150ml Valdo Oro Pure Prosecco Superiore
Small sprig of fresh mint
1. Pour the juice and cordial into a shaker with crushed ice. Shake and double strain into a flute glass. Top up with the Prosecco.
2. Garnish with a strawberry on the rim and a mint sprig in place of the strawberry’s stalk (replacing its leaves).
