Lettuce, cucumber and avocado salad

Serves: 6 children
2 little gem lettuce, leaves torn
1 small cucumber, cut into chunks
2 ripe avocados, cut into chunks
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1. Put the lettuce, cucumber and avocado in a serving dish. Drizzle over the lemon juice and olive oil, then season. Toss gently and serve.
