3 ways with Seville orange marmalade
Mix the marmalade with a little cranberry sauce and dried cranberries, and toss with Duchy sausages and thinly cut red onion wedges. Roast in the oven until golden, the glaze is sticky and the sausages are cooked through.
Sweet roasted veg
Combine some marmalade with freshly squeezed orange juice, wholegrain mustard and garlic. Add to a roasting tin of prepared root vegetables. Mix well and season before roasting slowly until tender. Great in salads with couscous or rice, or use as an accompaniment to meat.
Dessert in a dash
Make a pudding in no time by whisking some egg whites until firm. Fold into a mixture of chilled Greek yogurt and marmalade, adding a little icing sugar to taste, to make an easy mousse. Serve with shortbread on the side.
Watch Rich Harris make a delicious twist on the classic, using three types of citrus fruit.
