    Spicy mixed bean loaf

    400g can essential Waitrose Mixed Bean Salad, drained and rinsed
    395g can essential Waitrose Red Kidney Beans In Chilli Sauce
    1 essential Waitrose Free Range Egg
    75g fresh breadcrumbs
    25g pack parsley
    350g tub essential Waitrose Tomato & Chilli Sauce


    1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC, gas mark 6. Grease a 1kg loaf tin.

    2. Place both cans of beans in a food processor with the egg, breadcrumbs and parsley and blitz until coarse. Spread into the prepared tin and bake for 30 minutes.

    3. Meanwhile, heat the sauce in a small saucepan for 1-2 minutes. Slice the loaf and serve with the sauce and green beans.
