Ham and leek pasta bake

300g essential Waitrose Penne pasta
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 sliced essential Waitrose Leeks
100g pack essential Waitrose British Honey Roast Ham, chopped
2 x 350g tubs essential Waitrose Cheese Sauce
1 tbsp essential Waitrose Wholegrain Mustard
50g fresh breadcrumbs
Preheat the oven to 200ºC, gas mark 6. Cook the pasta in boiling water for 8 minutes, drain.
Meanwhile, heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and gently fry the leeks for 5 minutes.
Add a the honey roast ham,the cheese sauce, then stir in the wholegrain mustard and warm through. Mix into the pasta and transfer to an ovenproof serving dish.
Top with the breadcrumbs and bake for 10-15 minutes until piping hot and golden.
