1 egg white
100ml Tropicana Sanguinello Blood Orange juice
Juice of ½ a lemon
2 tsp Waitrose Wild Cranberry Sauce
Twist of orange peel
1. In a clean, dry cocktail shaker, vigorously shake the egg white for 30 seconds until it becomes white and foamy.
2. In a separate glass, add the tequila, blood orange juice, lemon juice and cranberry preserve and mix.
3. Add the tequila mixture to the cocktail shaker with the egg, and again shake vigorously to combine the ingredients.
4. Pour over ice in a small tumbler glass, garnish with a pinch of nutmeg and a twist of orange peel and serve.
