    Sausage Ragu with Pasta

    Serves: 4

    Ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil
    Waitrose 12 British Pork and Herb Chipolatas
    250g chesnut mushrooms
    2x350g tub Waitrose Tomato and Chilli Pasta Sauce
    1tbsp Cook's Ingredients Sundried Tomato Paste
    Fusilli pasta

    Method

    1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan. Cut
    Waitrose 12 British Pork and Herb Chipolatas
    into pieces and fry for 5 minutes until beginning to
    brown.
    2. Slice 250g chestnut mushrooms, add to
    the pan and cook for 5 minutes until the sausages
    are cooked through.
    3. Stir in 2 x 350g tub Waitrose Tomato & Chilli Pasta Sauce (find in the chiller), and 1 tbsp Cooks’ Ingredients Sundried Tomato Paste, and gently warm through. Toss with freshly cooked fusilli pasta and serve.
