Spiced gin and tonic

Makes: 1
50ml Opihr spiced gin
10ml Ginger wine
100ml Tonic water
Dash Angostura bitters
1 slice fresh ginger
1 orange
1 clove
1. Add a generous quantity of ice to your glass. Pour in the 50ml of gin, 10ml of ginger wine and a dash or two of bitters.
2. Cut a slice of orange zest with a bit of flesh and squeeze into your glass. Stud the orange slice with a clove and add to the glass with a slice of fresh ginger.
3. Top with tonic and stir gently to combine.
