Minted Pea Sauce and Curry Sauce:…Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Pierce film in several places. Place the minted pea sauce pot on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 40 seconds. Add the curry sauce pot to the microwaveable plate and heat both pots on full power for a further 50 seconds. Stand for 1 minute & stir thoroughly before serving. When removing film after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape. Check food is piping hot, if not reheat for further period. Do not reheat once cooled. (800W: 1½ mins)

Oven cook

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging, placing the minted pea sauce, curry sauce and sea salt and vinegar seasoning sachet to one side. Place the battered haddock on a preheated baking tray in the centre of oven and cook for 25 minutes. ……Check food is piping hot. Sprinkle the sea salt and vinegar seasoning over the top of the battered haddock as required. (Time 25 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
