Cooking instructions

Remove all packaging before cooking. Ensure sausages are piping hot and cooked thoroughly before serving. Cooking instructions are a guide only. For best results, pan fry.
Oven cook
From Chilled
Preheat oven to 180°C, Gas mark 5. Place the sausages on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 25-30 mins, turning halfway through.
Shallow fry
From Chilled
Add a drizzle of oil to a frying pan. Fry the sausages on a medium heat for 14-16 mins, turning occasionally.
