Ingredients

12 fresh or frozen peas
4 mint
50ml vodka
20ml vermouth bianco
Sugar snap peas and peashoots

Method

Muddle the peas and mint in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, vodka and vermouth. Shake well and double-strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with sugar snap peas and peashoots.
