Ingredients

  • ½ tsp sriracha sauce
  • 50ml vodka
  • 25ml dry vermouth
  • ¼ tsp runny honey
  • strip of lemon zest

Method

  1. Squeeze about 1/2 tsp sriracha sauce into a chilled martini glass. Shake vodka, dry vermouth and runny honey over ice. Strain ito the glass. Twist a strip of lemon zest over the top. Stir and drop the zest in the glass.
