Midwinter Boulevardier cocktail

Midwinter Boulevardier cocktail

The Boulevardier is a twist on the Negroni with bourbon in place of the gin. If you dilute it with a little herbal tea, add a lick more sweetness, and round out its edges with a squirt of citrus it becomes wonderfully moreish.
