Sarah founded and runs the Noisette Bakehouse (noisettebakehouse.com) in Yorkshire and also sells her creations from her gallivanting Citroën H food van, The Madeleine Express. She takes baking inspiration from all over the world.

London-based student Izy dedicates most of her spare time to her popular blog topwithcinnamon.com, which she started in 2011. She photographs, styles and writes everything herself. Her first cookbook, Top With Cinnamon (Hardie Grant; £20), is out now.

course in medicine.

LUCIE BENNETT
After graduating from Westminster Kingsway College, Lucie honed her skills under pâtissier William Curley. She founded the Fleur de Sel bakery (lbfleurdesel.co.uk) in 2012, making pâtisserie and chocolates from her Sussex kitchen.
