Every week we lay on an array of half-day, day and evening courses covering foods, ingredients and techniques. With our all-day courses you’ll spend the morning preparing some delicious recipes, for lunch you’ll eat what you’ve made, and in the afternoon we combine demos with lots more opportunities to get involved.
It’s all informal, informative and, most of all, fun.
